k4k3ru provides API-first infrastructure for unified financial market data. Available interfaces and venues are identified in current documentation. In-progress or future items, including Trade Hub, Wallet, and Exchange, are not available unless expressly released.

k4k3ru is not currently an exchange, broker, custodian, consumer trading application, investment adviser, or source of personalized financial advice.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

The effective terms must define eligibility, geographic and sanctions restrictions, and the process by which users accept the agreement before using production APIs.

3. Credentials and security

Users are responsible for protecting API credentials, signing keys, and connected systems. Credentials must not be shared, published, embedded in public client code, or used after suspected compromise.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or infringe third-party rights.
• Do not bypass authentication, usage accounting, access controls, or technical limits.

Usage credits represent prepaid API usage and are not recurring subscriptions. API operations consume ticks according to the documented usage model. Final terms must address network fees, failed or duplicate payments, refunds, expiration if any, and unused credits.

6. Market data

Market data depends on third-party venues and infrastructure and may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, interrupted, or unavailable. Users must independently validate suitability and implement resilience and risk controls. Data is not a guarantee of executable prices.

7. Changes and availability

APIs, schemas, venues, credits, and features may evolve. Roadmap dates are estimates and may change based on technical findings, venue availability, and user feedback. No unstated uptime or performance commitment is created by this draft.

8. Intellectual property

k4k3ru software, documentation, branding, and service interfaces are protected by applicable law. Open-source components and third-party market data remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted to comply with law, respond to abuse, address security risk, or protect the service. Final terms must define notice, appeals, termination, data handling, and unused credits.

10. Liability and disputes

Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, and dispute procedures are intentionally not finalized and require qualified legal review.
